New FTC rules and Your Online Business
On December 1, 2009 new FTC rules for Internet Businesses take effect. If you have been online recently, you probably have seen a lot of talk about the effect of these new rules on Internet Business. I certainly have and it becomes very confusing. So I asked my Internet Lawyer what I should do. He sent me a report he wrote about this topic.
