We all know about SEO techniques.  But do we have a plan?  Here is a simple SEO plan.

1. Start with keyword research.  Find at least 20 good keywords that you can rank for.
2. Use a primary and two secondary keywords in each post or page.
3. Use the primary keyword in the title of the page or post.
4. Be sure the primary keyword is in the URL to that page or post.
5. Use the primary keyword in the body of the content.
6. Also use the secondary keywords in the content.
7. Be sure the content is readable by your visitors.  Valuable, unique, readable and useful content is very important to produce.
8. Market your content by obtaining back links (article marketing, directory submission, comment of other blogs in your niche, etc).
9. Market your content on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
10. Market your content on social bookmarking sites such as Digg and Delicious.

Results

Your website SEO results are not guaranteed but this plan, if implemented, will go a long way toward good search engine ranking for your page or post.  Just remember that website  SEO is a never ending process.  Keep at it.

Website SEO Blog Content

Blog content is king. Well at least on of the kings if it is done right.

Your blog content needs to be relevant to the website and niche. And it needs to be Keyword rich.

Business blog content without keywords will not help you to be found. Remember people use keywords to find content and websites. So to help them find you,  You need to use keywords in your content.

Internal Links

You also need to link between posts and pages on similar or same topics. Don't go crazy with this but do make a point to link each post or page to at least one other if appropriate.

Keywords help you be found and links help to increase your ranking. Back links are more important than internal links but internal links still count.

So add keyword rich content with internal links frequently to your business blog. Remember nothing happens without action.
